Treatment of metastatic breast cancer in women for whom an

Netilmicin is to be effective in
Bacteremia, Septicaemia (including neonatal sepsis); serious
infection of the respiratory tract; kidney and genitourinary
tract infections;
skin soft issue infections; bone and joint infections;
intra-abdominal infections (including peritonitis);
infections of the gastrointestinal tract. |
The recomended dosage for IV&IM
administration is identical. The usual duration of treatment
for all patients is 7-14days.
Adults:
40-50kg - 100mg every 12 hrs or 200mg once daily.
50-90kg - 150mg every 12 hrs or 100mg 8 hourly or 300mg once
daily.
Children: 6- .5mg/kg/day (2-2.5mg/kg administered
every 8 hrs)
Infants and Neonates >1week:7.5-9mg/kg/day
(2.5-3mg/kg administered every 8hrs).
Premature or full-term neonates ≤ 1 week: 6mg/kg/day
(3mg/kg administered every 12hrs)

Triderm combines the sustained anti-inflammatory,
antipruritic and vasoconstrictive actions of betamethasone
with the broad-spectrum antifungal activity of

gentamycin sulfate. |
Relief of the inflammatory manifestations of
corticostreoid responsive dermatoses when complicated by
secondary infections by organisms sensitive to components of
Triderm or when the possibility of such infections is
suspected. |
A thin film of triderm should be applied to
cover completely the effected and surrounding skin area
twice daily, in the morning and at night. For treatment to
be effective, triderm should be applied regularly. Duration
of therapy varies depending upon the extent, location of
disease and patient response. However, if clinical
improvement is not achieved by 3-4weeks, diagnosis should be
reviewed. |

Mometasone furoate is the topical glucocorticoid with
local anti-inflammatory properties at doses that are not
systematically active. |
Treatment of the symptoms of the seasonal
orperennial rhinitis in adults and children ≥3 years.
Patients who have a history of moderate to severe symptoms
of seasonal allergic rhinitis, prophylactic treatment with
Nasonex is recommended 2-4 weeks prior to the anticipated
start of the pollen season. |
Adults and children ≥12years: usual
recommended dose for prophylaxis and treatment: 2sprays
(50mcg/spray) in each nostril once daily (total dose
200mcg). Once symptoms are controlled dose reduction to 1
spray in each nostril (total dose 100mcg)may be effective
for maintenance. If symptoms are inadequately controlled,
the dose may be increased to a maximum daily dose of 4
sprays in each nostril once daily (total dose 400mcg).Dose
reduction is recommended following control of
symptoms. Clinically significant onset of action occurs as
early as 12 hrs after the first dose.
Children 3-11 years: usual recommended dose: 1 spray
(50mcg/spray) in each nostril once daily (total dose
100mcg). |
